Walking and driving instructions

Haruru Falls is roughly a 3.5 hours' drive away from Auckland or 10-15 minutes from Paihia. The road surface is always sealed.

There is a carpark at the beginning of Haruru Falls Rd with a beautiful picnic area (no toilets).

It's just 2 minutes easy walk through the bush to reach the top of the waterfall.

There is one more way to see the whole waterfall from a distance - drive to Haruru Fall Resort and enjoy the view.
